monitor_getCurrentStatus()
- Argument EndTime now defaults to the most recent time in the given ws_monitor.
- Ordering of columns in the output table have changed

monitor_getCurrentStatus()
- Code has been refactored to be more independent of prior steps
- Logging statements have been added
