modify sorting of sections in README for structure (group community related topics at the end) add guidelines on creating a synthetic dataset to test ADMiner, using DBCreator

Thanks for your contribution ! The project your are citing looks sadly a bit abandonned and doesn't work with the lastest version of neo4j. This fork seems to fix the problem : https://github.com/kontr0x/BloodHound-Tools/tree/master So it may be better to cite it as well.
