Viewing multi-valued properties causes errors

See the attached configuration file and access:

  http://localhost/transport/doc/region

The administrativeArea property has multiple values for each region. This 
causes an error in the 
result. Looking at the log, it's because the query attempts to get all the 
values for all the properties 
from all the regions at the same time. While this works for a single region, 
constructing triples for 
every combination of name+administrativeArea, when there's more than one the 
combinations 
escalate rapidly; I think it's this that leads to the timeout.
