In TF-PSA-Crypto 1.0, remove everything that's declared in include/psa/crypto_compat.h:

psa_open_key() functionality (experimental feature that was abandoned)
Domain parameter stubs (experimental feature that was abandoned)
psa_generate_key_ext() and psa_key_derivation_output_key_ext() (subsumed by the slightly different xxx_custom functions)

Remove the declarations, the implementations and the tests.
