tests directory clean-up #44

Restrict what we import into the tests directory to what we need. No restrictions on data files as it seems reasonable for them to be in the yet to come test framework and thus be imported as a whole in mbedtls and psa-crypto.

Following the merge of #40, I had to rebase: conflict in building the list of test suites to copy, #40 removed test_suite_version* from that list. @davidhorstmann-arm please have another look.
