Suggested enhancement

Move all the crypto test suites from tests/suites/ to tf-psa-crypto/tests/suites. Depends on #9247

DoD:

The crypto test suites are moved as expected.
The CI runs successfully with the same all.sh components.
the builds of make and CMake targets keep working the same way with the same outcomes.

Justification

Step towards the repo split.
