"#" character in urls #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "#" character in hyperlink url
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should read the whole url but instead it takes the part till it finds the 
"#" character

Please provide any additional information below.

Hello pirouni, can you provide some example data? You mean putting a link in 
the cell right?

An example is in the xls file.

I can fetch the first three urls and description
but the fourth url returns http://www.panoramio.com/photo_explorer
not 
http://www.panoramio.com/photo_explorer#view=photo&position=178&with_photo_id=65
117686&order=date_desc&user=2549084 as it should.

This happens not only when i use the hyperlink function but also when it reads 
the field its like it doesnt get the correct position in the "case 
SPREADSHEET_EXCEL_READER_TYPE_HYPER:"
