Create visual indicator for pending reports

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no visual indicator that there are pending reports (aka reports that have not been dealt with)

Describe the solution you'd like A shield with a number adjacent to it if there are any pending reports that one is a moderator for

What would also help is if a post if made in a magazine which is moderated by the logged in user, it appears with, for instance, a different background color on the front page, so the moderator knows "hey, that's my magazine" and reports should be even more eye-catching
