Moderator resign #600

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Moderators of a magazine cannot remove themselves as a moderator

Describe the solution you'd like There should be a button when looking at the moderator panel to resign/step down as a moderator. If an owner of a magazine steps down they can either make another user an owner or the account that has been a moderator the longest will become the new owner
