Navigation to respective apps #23

Users can now

  1. Click on the field housing the email and will be taken to their mailing app with the reciepient being the hsopital email
  2. Clcik on the telephone field and be taken to their various telephone applications to call the medical facility
  3. Click and open the address on google map in their respective mapbroswer
