Restored deleted tasks files 🎉

Hello dear mentors @jafsia @Fadanka I noticed that the tasks files have been deleted. This may have occured during the merging process. A pull request that does't have the same architecture as the main branch of the repository has been merged.

To adress this problem

• I checked out to the last commit id where the repository contains the various tasks files (https://github.com/Mboalab/Outreachy_December_2022-March_2023-Internships-Typhoid-diagnostics-Project/tree/0233dce391c4b4bc045419a0660d7ec27370da5b)
• I cloned the main branch of the repo
• I restored the deleted tasks files with the same folder organisation and naming convention as it was initially

All the tasks can be restored by merging this PR ✨
