Like as a library you can use in other applications, or just a standalone program that only does this?

Edit* This uses a pretty heafty UI framework and dotnet, so a standalone program will be unreasonably large for as little as it does lol.

At least a standalone application, although a library could prove to be probably extremely helpful for the future generations also.

no size is "unreasonably large" for an application this useful.

As long as my 1TB SDD can take it, I'm willing to download it no matter the size.
