Configurable port for autobuild web server #2

The port (8100) for the autobuild web server is hardcoded.

When developing multiple plugins at the same time it would be good if this value could be set either in a .json config file or via a command line argument.

( have to edit node_modules/iitcpluginkit/config/fileserver.js now ... which gets rewritten all the time )
