The 'Force Update' might be contentious because some people want the progress to be shown during tasks without having debug info.
Wont the progress updates still show, just without the "force update..." string? Lets try
Can you push to docker:cpu?
It's a docker limitation, it will update semi randomly (usually on complete). Or you can just UPDATE=True, I'll push it either way. This was a way to force reliable updates like the native whisper on CLI.

Reduce some log messages by defining common messages as debug.
