[ADR2 / HeatSwitch] HeatSwitch OPENS but does not CLOSE #46

Using the ADR Controller program, the heat switch will open on command, but when the close command is issued it does not close.

Using a python console directly, the result of running labrad.connection.heat_switch.close() has a similar null effect.

The ports have now been correctly assigned.
