[ADR Controller] Show dT/dt for Plotted Temperatures #47

Implement a local-time (perhaps the last five data points would be used) temperature gradient report. It doesn't have to be a plot to be useful--rather just report the derivative in units of K/min or K/hr depending on how fast the temperature is changing (or just stick to one or the other).

Marked as enhancement request because I just think it would be nice to have, but is not required for operation of tool.
