[DC Rack GUI] Drop-down menu and stability issue #66

When no monitor channels are selected in the top part of the GUI (all monitor channels are off, no cards are selected, and no card channels are selected) upon the GUI startup, (1) click Abus0, select a FastBias card, select channel A; (2) then click "Upload from Registry"; (3) and then again, click Abus0, select a FastBias card, and try to select a channel on that card. An empty drop-down menu will appear. If you try to "select" the empty field in the drop-down menu three times, the GUI crashes.

Thanks for reporting this flaw in my bug-less code Ivan :)

Note to self: this issue only occurs when upload from registry returns empty bus/dbus info.
