[mView] add ability to turn off non-desired data traces in plots #87

When showing the plot for data acquired from a server, it is at times desirable to only plot specific traces reported back from a given server: not all reported values may be on the same order of magnitude and thus it is impossible to discern minute changes in the smaller magnitude signal. Turning the larger magnitude signal off and then allowing a rescale to smaller values will make this discerning possible.

This issue could be mitigated in another [possibly easier] way: make it possible to set the Y-range on a given plot with user input values. Perhaps in the Devices/Config menu?
