Define coding conventions #50

Coding convention shall be define to create another mean (beside unit testing) of quality assurance as part of the quality assurance plan document mentionned in section 2 of the deliverable 2 document.

Style convention: CAPITAL -> constants CamelCase -> functions SPACES -> indentation
