• [x] Implement frontend We would have a user icon on the top right of every page and when we click on the icon, the account page would show up to let the user change their passwords, logout and delete their account

After logging in, I think we should have a user icon on the top right of every page and when we click on the icon, the account page would show up to let the user change their passwords, logout and delete their account.

This issue goes well with Logout (everyone) #161

I don't think we should allow deleting accounts (not in use case and many / most websites don't allow deleting just 'deactivating')
