Added feature to output openTubs data to tubs.opentubs.json. Next step is to make a display page on the Frostbite website using that data

Added text-only current flavour status at https://frostbite.mcgilleus.ca/menu.html. Still TODO: upgrade it with nice images like the ones on the full menu
