Limit MaxGenerations Parameter to 9999 #105

Add a limit of 9999 to the MaxGenerations Parameter for Cmdlets that use this Parameter.

Although the API Allows for values greater than 9999, this causes problems when manipulating those objects/items within the DS-Client GUI, which has a limit of 9999
