missing images for dMRI distortion correction #120

For some datasets (e.g., ADNI, Cam-CAN), there are no opposite PE dMRI images for distortion correction with TOPUP. Consider adding an estimate for distortion correction, for example: https://github.com/MASILab/Synb0-DISCO

May address missing ROIs in dMRI tractography of finer parcellations
