downsampled ADNI3 DWI data not detected by file manager #69

Need to fix file manager to detect "lowres" dwi filenames; example subjects IDs affected by this issue include sub-007S4488, sub-027S0120, sub-135S6284

Error occurs somewhere in this code block and is probably related to handling multiple DWI files that aren't in the AP/PA directions. I can do a deeper debug next week

shelving this issue for now until we decide how to handle the hi-res ADNI3 sample

hi-res ADNI3 sample will not be processed in conjunction with low-res data; issue closed
