brain extraction of fieldmap magnitude image not great #85

consider running BET on single volume magnitude image (relevant code here: https://github.com/McIntosh-Lab-RRI/tvb-ukbb/blob/9f17bd7edeab752e96f069423f40179aafb4812f/bb_functional_pipeline/tvb_prepare_gradEchoFieldMap#L31)

and/or eroding by an additional voxel
