OC integration doesn't work on 1.12 #245

My 1.10/1.11 fix for OC wasn't mergeable to 1.12, so it doesn't currently work there. This doesn't break anything or cause any crashes; it just makes OC not interact with our stuff. I'll write a 1.12 version of my fix tomorrow.

Note that I'm currently doing big changes on the 1.12 versions of my mods related to McJtyLib. But the state is stable at the moment and everything should work if you use latest RFTools, McJtyLib, ...
