I have a modpack of minecraft 1.10.2 and its mod is included, but when running the server never finish loading, it remains frozen generating the dimensions, and no error appears.
I have removed your mod and everything works normally, then I have added it again and the same problem occurs.
I should mention that my server is Sponge Forge 1.10.2, maybe it is an incompatibility with that kind of servers, I have tried it in singleplayer and it creates the world well.
