Suggestion: rocks and sticks require block underneith to "stay" #4

Because both of these blocks are partial blocks, and because they spawn on the ground, I think it would make sense for them to have the same logic that crops and flowers have in vanilla, where if the block underneath them is broke, they drop as an item. It struck me when I was running the ClearBlocks command from Genloader that this would make sense but it's really just a suggestion :) I look forward to watching this progression, keep up the great work McJty!
