Fixes the Second and Third Issue
- The First issue will be fixed in a later PR

Implemented: Config Option - "doesRainExtinguishTheFurnace"

A config option to make the furnace extinguish itself if exposed to an open sky on a rainy day.
- This is disabled by default to keep with vanilla behavior.
