Feature Request: Vertical distance from player check #368

Requesting a check for the vertical distance from the player similar to mindist/maxdist.
Useful for limiting the number of mobs that will spawn underground while the player is on the surface and vice versa.

Will be implemented in the next version of In Control for 1.18.2 and 1.19.2+
