Suggestion: Switch off screens for energy saving #1324

It will be nice to have the possibility of switch off screens and not consume energy. Switch on , and off with redstone signal or by touching the screen.

I'd like to suggest a slight alteration to this suggestion (so meta! ^^) - make the screen controllers adjustably redstone-sensitive, in the way many other blocks from the mod already are (Builder, Shield Generator, Environment Conroller, etc.). I'm not sure why that's not already a thing - I mean, being able to switch screens on and off would make perfect sense. Right now the only alternative is to use a combination of screen controller, relay and RF monitor in order to keep the controller almost completely drained, so that when needed, power-hungry screens would quickly finish the rest and turn themselves on. But this feels kinda... stretchy. And it doesn't work with power-free screens, such as buttons and elevators - while this has nothing to do with energy conservation, being able to toggle those would be a nice decorative touch.
