RFTools ItemFilter Server Tic Loop with Nuclearcraft #1963

Issue description: Server Crash when placing RFTools ItemFilter with Nuclearcraft also installed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have RFTools and Nuclearcraft installed.
  2. Place ItemFilter from RFTools.
  3. Crash.

Versions:

Possibly incompatible mods and versions: NuclearCraft-2.17a-1.12.2.jar

I have posted a similar bug report at Nuclearcraft's issue tracker as well: https://github.com/turbodiesel4598/NuclearCraft/issues/553 (I don't know how to properly reference issues through this tracker on other mods)

It was just placed anywhere in the world.

This is a bug on my side probs - will get it sorted soon when I'm home!
