Not being able to pull NuclearCraft items in Storage Scanner #2047

Issue description: I'm playing on a modified Direwolf20 1.12 modpack. I added colossal chests and NuclearCraft, and updated McJtyLib and all the mods that use it, including RFTools, to the most current versions. I have a storage scanner right next to a 5x5x5 golden colossal chest. The storage scanner works mostly fine, however, occasionally, it just refuses to pull a certain item, such as Uranium ingots or Plutonium. After it 'locks' the item, even breaking the scanner does not fix it. I even tried connecting the chest and scanner using Xnet, but the issue still occurs. It appears to only lock NuclearCraft items, but I'm not entirely sure.

Steps to reproduce: Create a storage, one that's not RFtools storage. This can be a chest, diamond chest, or golden colossal chest like I have it. Then, store it with some items, but make sure to store it with tons of Uranium Ingots, Plutonium-242 from NuclearCraft, and other NuclearCraft items. Now, put a storage scanner in front of the chest, and hit scan. Range does not matter, just make sure it scans the chest. Then just go ahead and spam retrieve some of the items, specifically the NuclearCraft items. You should only be able to retrieve some or none of specific items. Hmm interesting. Thanks for the video btw. Does this happen with just NuclearCraft items or does it happen with other mods items too?

It appears to only happen with IC2 and NuclearCraft. Though really the only IC2 item I've tested it with is refined uranium. Can't say if it happens with any other mods, in my brief testing.
