Feature Request: Builder Quarry Blacklist Config #2048

So I'm working on a 1.12 pack using Tool Progression to force more tiers of pickaxes. I was going through the various tools/blocks that can mine blocks without respect to their mining levels. Almost every mod with a mining machine is a culprit.

For some mods I'm hoping for the machines to have and respect mining levels... but simply having a blacklist config option would be the better in this case due to how multi-functional the builder is. Since all I want to prevent is the ability to get a handful of high tier ores, being able to break them is fine as long as no resources drop... maybe the ability to destroy blacklisted blocks should be a separate options. Perhaps even different blacklist options for the void card specifically would be a good idea.

Hi again, so RFTools isn't getting feature updates for 1.12 anymore unfortunately as the focus has been shifted to 1.14/1.15

HA! Hello again. Well, if in future it gets added to 1.15 and you feel it's not too difficult to backport, please don't forget me. I always live in the old versions of MC. Where all the good mods exist and are mostly stable.
