Pearl Injector not injecting pearls regardless of the type of redstone signal given #2098

Issue description: Pearl Injector all of a sudden not injecting regardless of type of redstone signal

Steps to reproduce: Place any Pearl Injector aside and amount of Endergenic Generators and place ender pearls in the inventory, and give it a redstone signal from a level, redstone transmitter, or button.

Direwolf20 FTB 1.12.2 Pack
Minecraft: 1.12.2

Hard to say what's wrong without more visuals but it is very doubtful that this is not working correctly because the endergenic is heavily used by many people and has been stable for a long time now
