BTW. This issue is on the wrong github. RFToolsBuilder has its own github. You should post there. I almost couldn't find this issue listed at the right spot
I cannot reproduce this in the overworld. Are you sure that mining dimension actually goes below 0?
It does go to -64 as I've mined down to bedrock manually but maybe it's just the fact that it is another dimension. I will try it in the overworld on this modpack and see if there's some other conflict. Thanks for looking into it

I set it up in the overworld and it still stops at Y=0 and starts over with the next chunk. There must be something in the Direwolf20 1.18 modpack that causes it. Thanks for checking
Can you show me the gui of your builder as well as the quarry card that you're using? Also the Y position of the builder
