Issue description: Registering LootTables for Dimlet Parcels for Enderman Would it be possible to have the dimlet parcel drops added as a loot table to enderman so that utilities like LootTweaker can access them? Leviathan details here how LootTweaker pulls loottables and recognizes them.

A re-implementation of the drops could be done similar to how Reliquary or Evilcraft injects into the Enderman Loot tables. Also could the loot tables of dungeons/strongholds/dimensions loot tables be registered as well
