Void Dimension acting weird after updating

Issue description: My void dimension got weird after updating to the latest RFTools Dimensions available on the twitch app

Steps to reproduce: create a dimension in RFTools Dimensions 1.12-5.53 and update to the newer version

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.
• Forge: 14.23.4.2705
• compatlayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
• McJtyLib:1.12-3.0.0
• RFTools:1.12-7.51
• RFTools Dimensions: 1,12-5.60

Possibly incompatible mods: Using the latest OptiFine

Does it happen without OptiFine? What does Waila/TOP/the F3 key say those blocks are?

those are not blocks, the dimension has only the spawn area, that's the bottom of the dim, tried without optifine and got the same results

Can you post a screenshot looking downwards with F3 on? Also, what other mods do you have?
