Issue description: Most ores like copper, tin, shiny, silver are missing

Possibly incompatible mods: TE, IE, Forestry

None of those ores exist in vanilla. Which mod is supposed to be generating them?

certus quartz is neither a vanilla ore but its available as material.

I know. I need to know which mod is adding the ones that don't work, since the bug is an interaction between this mod and that one.

The ores which come especially from Thermal Expansion, Immersive Engineering and Forestry

Are those mods doing their own worldgen, or did you turn theirs off and let CoFH World or something do all the worldgen?

I think TE and IE probably use CoFH World
