RFTools Dimension only creates Void Dimensions #334

Issue description: No matter what dimlets I use I only get a void map with flying dungeons.

Because that looks exactly like skyblock type modpacks that are configured to only allow void worlds. BTW can you tell me what dimlets you are using? Also are you using a different series of dimlets every time? Some more info is wanted

Its not a skyblock modpack and the nether, end and overworld are also generating normally. I've used combinations like: Biom Plains (single), Lakes, water but they are always empty void maps with the start platform and floating structures.

No idea really ....but I am wondering if it is similar to the purple knowledge sticking on 1 thing, Wither_immune for DW20, Dragon_immune for me. I have only made 2 DIMs so far both with no added dimlets (except digit for 2nd one) ...I got hunger, withering and poison on both

Those effects you had mean you didn't let the power go high enough. Below 10% power the dimension will give bad effects.

How come you don't know the dimlets you used? Didn't you create the dimension?
