Issue description: Dim Crash with Ars Elemental Flashing Forest biome when building dim at 99%

Steps to reproduce:

  1. place a dim builder and get your dimlets parts etc
  2. set up a flat terrain combine it, name it
  3. build it
  4. it hits 99% and ..
  5. Crash.
