[1.10] Crash in RFTools Dim while generating world #47

I was flying around for testing in creative mode (SP). Then the game was simply crashing with a null pointer exception. As this is part of world gen it is maybe interesting for you. I will do the best to reproduce it.

First you're using old version of several of the mods including rftools dimensions. Not sure if updating would fix though.

Secondly I would like to see the full server log on this if possible

As I wrote, the crash happened in SP but here is a full log of my client: http://terpo.org/blog/upload/mc/2016-10-25-3.log

I know that my mods are not up to date. The next server and client update will be in around two weeks.
