Issue description: Not all mekanism blocks and fluids have dimlets Missing:

Liquid Uranium Oxyde
Liquid Uranium Hexafluoride
Liquid Superheated Sodium
Liquid Steam
Nutritional Paste
Bioethanol

Raw ores blocks, deepslates ores and flurine (ores and block) are also missing.

Steps to reproduce: Not applicable

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.2.1
CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
McJtyLib: 8.0.3
RFTools: 5.0.2
RFTools Dimensions: 11.0.0

are you able to get fluids like liquid oxygen to actually spawn? when I try as a tendril/sphere, it just produces stone blocks, before a biome or such I just get water.
