Draconic evolution compat / config creation

Issue description: No draconic evolution support, and trying to create a config with /rftoolsdim config draconic.json draconicevolution, which makes a config that should add compatibility for the mod, but even after restarting the game, it doesn't.

Steps to reproduce: Run the game in forge 1.20.1 have draconic evolution and rftoolsdim try to use block absorber on draconium ore, block, and ore variants doesn't work even after creating a config with /rftoolsdim config

After making a config did you make a datapack from the generated config? It's not THAT easy
