Ender IO Obelisk does not change weather in a RFTools Dimension. #66

Hello, sorry if this is wasting your time because it is on 1.7, but the issue/feature may still occur in 1.10.

I tried setting up an Ender IO Weather Obelisk in a RFTools Dimension I created, but whenever it was raining and I shot off one of the sunshine rockets it did not affect the weather. I tested this in the overworld, and the weather changed there. I don't know whether it is suppose to affect dimensions or not, but I would appreciate some clarification. If it isn't, since beds do not work in RFTools Dimensions either, would it be possible to add a way to stop rain in certain dimensions through survival? If not, I appreciate your help anyways.

In survival you cannot do this right now. You can cheat in a 'no weather' dimlet and put that in your dimension. Later I'll add more flexibility here
