Unable to extract power if total storage is 2140M or above #2

When the power structure is large enough to store 2140M+ rf power insertion/extraction goes to 0. Placing fluxduct against the structure while in this state shows flickering numbers, often negative, and no power is extracted. I'm assuming this is because the total RF per powercell is stored as an INT? but I'm probably wrong.

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.12.2 RFToolsPower: 0.1.0 (same issue occurs in 0.1.1 too)

I know this is only for bug reports but thank you for all of your mods.

That RFTools Power version number doesn't exist. Can you correct that so I know what version you're using?

Also can you describe it better. You said it shows flickering numbers. Where exactly? Is it only visually wrong or is it actually not extracting?

I updated the initial post with the correct RFToolsPower version.

Basically, once the storage gets to 2140M or above power insertion/extraction on the screens shows at 0 and anything connected no longer receives power. The flickering in question is if i place Fluxduct on the powercell to try an extract power, it's like its trying to fill up with rf but overflowing. I've attached a couple screenshots. In this instance I have enough machines elsewhere to be pulling around 50000 rf/t from the powercell yet nothing is being extracted and the machines eventually run out of power unless I break powercells to bring the total rf storage down to 2120M.

EDIT

I should add that using any kind of power cable doesn't necessarily exhibit the flickering negative rf numbers but does still fail to extract power.

Been doing some more testing. Failure to extract power only seems to happen after the powercell structure gets full. If I create a brand new structure with 2160M capacity, insertion and extraction works fine initially. But once the powercell fills up extraction is 0 on the screen and it's no longer possible to extract energy.

I think I know what's wrong. I will fix this

Will be fixed in upcoming 0.1.2 release
