this is part of my ongoing project to spruce up the existing manual, by adding recipes, helpful links, additional information, and (eventually) screenshots of the various GUIs.
I'll probably leave that till last though, it's hard and i'm bad at it and hopefully someone else will pick up the slack :p
also changed in this PR Batch: RFTools Base, RFTools Utility, Deep Resonance (very preliminary, mostly just making sure the guide mentions it at all.)
