[1.16] Coal Generator Extremely Red Front when working with Optifine #84

Hello, I noticed most blocks in general work fine with optifine, except the coal generator doesn't. When it turns on, the front face becomes very red.

Can't do much about issues related to OptiFine. That's a very closed mod and it's extremely hard for mod devs to try to find solutions for this
