Minecraft version: 1.19+, tested on 1.19.2 Forge version: 43.0.8 McJtyLib version: 7.0.2 RFToolsBase version: 4.0.2 RFToolsPower version: 5.0.0

As posted on Discord, RFToolsPower's power cells, when mined, drop empty rather than whatever energy level they have in them. Untitled Untitled2

Perhaps this is related to #66 ?
