[1.16.4] Cannot match Resourceful Bees honeycombs via Tags, NBT, or Metadata #446

Versions:

Minecraft: 1.16.4
Forge: forge-35.0.14
McJtyLib: mcjtylib-1.16-5.0.12.jar
XNet: xnet-1.16-3.0.9.jar

Setup

Here is my setup: Left chest content: Right chest is empty.

Problem

Attempt 1 -- nothing is moved between the chests. Attempt 2 -- only the exact selected honeycomb is moved between the chests. Attempt 3 -- nothing is moved between the chests:

Am I misunderstanding how tags work? In my head, attempt 1. should have worked as all honeycombs share the same tag.

I'm seeing the same issue with ores - turning on tags does not move any ores, even the specific ore added (mekanism lead, in my test case). Yes, I know, I'm a philistine that doesn't unify my ores in my custom packs.
